To maintain open and transparent collaboration, the Shared RSI Community hosts regular online Bi-weekly Meetings to sync progress across Data, Survey, and Framework tracks, feature frontier RSI Paper Sharing, and provide an open discussion session for all community members.
Schedule & Notification
- Schedule: Tentatively once every two weeks on Tuesdays at 18:00 Beijing Time (UTC+8) (online meeting, typically 45–60 minutes).
- Notification: The agenda highlights and meeting link are posted one day in advance in the community WeChat group and Discord channel.
Meeting Agenda
Each Bi-weekly Meeting is divided into two halves: Part 1 (Maintainer Progress Report & Paper Sharing) and Part 2 (Open Discussion):
- Part 1 (Maintainer Progress Report & Paper Sharing): Data & Leaderboard, Plugins & Framework, Paper Sharing.
- Part 2 (Open Discussion): PR & RFC Reviews, Algorithm & Experiments, Feedback & Teaming.
1. Part 1: Maintainer Progress Report & Paper Sharing
Community maintainers summarize key progress over the past two weeks and present a frontier RSI paper sharing session (~25–30 minutes):
- Data & Leaderboard Updates: New or merged Benchmark datasets and Evaluation results in PenguinHarness Benchmark, along with RSI Leaderboard updates.
- Algorithm Plugins & Framework Progress: Newly merged RSI algorithm plugins in PenguinHarness Plugins, plus recent features, fixes, and open tasks in PenguinHarness.
- Paper Sharing: Focused sharing on representative RSI papers recently added to Awesome RSI, covering core algorithmic mechanisms, experimental setups, and reproduction ideas (community members are also welcome to sign up as speakers).
- Contributor Recognition & Incentives: Announcements of active contributors, token resource package distributions, and authorship credits across repositories and upcoming papers.
2. Part 2: Open Discussion
Open floor for all attendees to ask questions, share findings, and collaborate (~20–30 minutes):
- PR & RFC Proposal Discussions: Live Q&A and feedback on open Benchmark, Evaluation, and Plugin submissions or proposed RFC changes.
- Self-Evolution Algorithms & Experiments: Community members share experimental findings, reproduction challenges, evaluation insights, or new RSI algorithm ideas.
- Community Feedback & Teaming: Suggestions for improving community standards, tooling, and documentation, and matching contributors with shared research interests.
Post-Meeting Notes
After each meeting, maintainers publish concise Meeting Notes, paper sharing slides/links, and action items to the community channels and GitHub repository so members who could not attend live can stay up to date.
